Do you charge to come out?
No, not inside working hours, and that holds whether the job goes ahead or not. Evenings and weekends the first hour is £85.
How quickly can you get here?
Ring before noon and same day is usually possible. If it is not, we say so on the phone rather than let you wait in all afternoon.
What happens if it goes wrong after you leave?
Twelve months on our labour and the maker's warranty on the parts. Ring and we come back, without an argument about whose fault it is.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. The first hour out of hours is £85, then £65 an hour, and the callout is still nothing.
How do I pay?
Card, transfer or cash, after the work is done. Jobs over a thousand take a deposit for the parts and nothing else up front.
Are you registered and insured?
Gas Safe 512884, NICEIC approved and two million public liability. All three are checkable before we come anywhere near the house.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A tap washer is still a job, and it is priced by the half hour like everything else.
Do I need to be in?
Someone over eighteen has to be there for gas work. For anything else a key safe is fine if you tell us the code.
